u know, i see some children, parents talk nicely to them, they will replied with a loud voice, how parents will feel?
I have a student did that in fornt of me... I feel sad to see that, but nothing I can do, but to tell him be nice to others, ppl will do same to u. i dunno how was he now? hope he will be good.

fighting will only make thing goes worst. I think the best way is to clam down and have a good talk...
